This was really wonderful, though I am afraid if I talk too much about it, I will give too much away.

It's a graphic novel by an artist who, if memory serves, got his start as Frank Miller's inker in the 80s. Anyway, the art is gorgeous. The story concerns a famous architect, a Frank Lloyd Wright type, who is very successful in the academic world, but has never actually had any of his buildings built. It covers his volatile marriage, and his adventures as a mechanic while he is running away from the event that occurs in the first few pages of the book. The book really shines in its smart dialog. The characters really came alive for me and seemed like real people.

Highly recommended.
