24. Mastering Sudoku Week by Week by Paul Stephens

This is a fantastic book on doing Sudokus. The author starts with the easiest, most basic techniques, and then after introducing one, offers up a puzzle that requires you to use that technique in solving the puzzle. This book includes a section on advanced techniques like x-wings, xy-wings, and xyz-wings, but admits that you only need those techniques on the most extreme difficult puzzles.

I enjoyed working through this book between Christmas and New Years, and I am definitely more adept and confident in Sudoku. This book was well reviewed at Amazon.Com and I can see why. Highly recommended.
